Easy2See

Support

How can we help?

Easy2See is made by Audrey Tang. Its first App Store release is being prepared and it is not yet available to download.

Contact support

Email au@civic.ai. Please tell us your iPhone model, iOS version, and what you were doing when the problem happened.

Please do not attach recordings or other sensitive content. We can usually help without them.

Set up without glasses

Captions and translation work on your phone alone. You do not need glasses or an account.

  1. Open Easy2See and choose "Set up without glasses".
  2. Allow microphone and speech recognition access when asked.
  3. Prepare the language models you want to use (see below).
  4. Choose captions or translation and start.

Set up with glasses

The teleprompter needs supported glasses with a display, such as Even G2. Mentra Live has no display and cannot show captions or teleprompter text. Allow Bluetooth access when asked, then pair the glasses in the app. Some features may also ask for camera, photos or local network access. Each one is optional and only needed for the feature that uses it.

Preparing models

Some language and speech models are downloaded to your phone before you can use them. Connect to the internet when you prepare them. Downloads come from Apple and GitHub hosting, which may see basic connection and request information under their own policies. See the privacy policy.

Requirements

  • An iPhone that can run the app.
  • Microphone and speech recognition access for captions and translation.
  • Supported display glasses, such as Even G2, for the glasses teleprompter.
  • iOS 26 or later with Apple Intelligence available, for AI cues.

Features

  • Captions and translation: work on the phone without glasses.
  • Teleprompter: shows on supported display glasses, such as Even G2.
  • Recorder: records audio and can export WAV files.
  • Easy2Say: conversation support, with AI cues on supported devices.

Troubleshooting

  • No captions: check that microphone and speech recognition are allowed in iOS Settings, then Easy2See.
  • Glasses not found: check that Bluetooth is allowed and that the glasses are charged and nearby.
  • No AI cues: they need iOS 26 or later with Apple Intelligence available on your device.

Deleting your data

Easy2See keeps your content on your device. Deleting the app removes its local data. Files you exported or shared elsewhere stay where you saved them, and you need to delete those yourself.
